Congratulations to Aaron Williams winner of the fall 2012 Seymour Duncan Bass Scholarship at Musicians Institut”

Aaron, from Durango, Colorado, says: “Thank you very much for the opportunity and the reward. Bass playing is my passion, and I am very excited to see my dreams unfold right in front of my eyes.”

And he had this to say about the Bass Program at MI: “I love the location, the school, and the teachers. It is 100% professional. I believe MI is the only way to start my dreams off on the right path.” He also will focus on “improving my bass technique, music theory, and sight reading while taking advantage of career counseling services, and playing as much music as I can!”
