Queensryche Previews New Album Material

Posted on by Peter

Queensryche – that’s Michael Wilton, Scott Rockenfield, Eddie Jackson, Parker Lundgren and new vocalist Todd La Torre – have just posted a teaser for their 2013 album, letting fans in on the creative process by sharing some demo versions of some of the tracks they’ll begin recording shortly. It’ll be the band’s first album with La Torre, who has mentioned in several interviews that he first met Wilton at a Seymour Duncan NAMM party.

Check out the video below:

On Facebook, La Torre says:

“The small snippets of audio are only rough demos. We will begin tracking in the studio in two weeks with the world-renowned James Barton. Don’t worry, the record will display full vocal range, great guitar sounds, and of course the tight and rhythmic bass lines and unique drumming. From all of us in Queensryche…thank you so much for your support.”

Keep up with the latest news at the band’s official site.
