Abyss Guitar Company uses the finest woods, inlays, bindings, concepts and themes in the construction of their MASTER GRADE HANDMADE Custom Electric, Semi-Hollow and Arch Top Hollow body guitars. In the past, we have used other pickups, but settle in on Seymour Duncan's because of the clarity and punch they add. Those attributes, along with them pretty much being "voiced" for the guitar. I use the JB in the bridge position on all my Custom electrics and the '59 in the bridge position on my Arch tops along with a '59 neck model. I use a Jazz or a '59 neck in my Custom Electrics.
