Any GOOD Sites on Pro-Grade 2-Point Fender Whammy Setup?

Erlewine's book had a pretty exhaustive section on this including a lot of photos, but I don't have it any longer.

I've never fooled with one of these beasts before, but now I have one (which was grossly out of adjustment) and before just blowing the whole thing off and blocking it, I thought I'd give a try to doing a meticulous setup and see if it's worth keeping as operational. Doing these properly is not a trivial exercise.

Erlewine's pro-grade setup (as I remember it) was surprisingly complex and beyond the abilities of most duffers. Not as bad as his vintage-style setup, which was a royal pain, but envolved enough.
