Humbucker Pick-up spacing for strat bridge?

Hey there
Have a few normal spaced seymour pu's. Was thinking of trying a few in the bridge of my strat. I know the strings don't line up perfectly will it make a differance or would you recommend trembuckers?

If you got 'em (standard spaced), use 'em. You won't hear much of a difference between the standards and trembuckers.
