    Default Split humbucker tone knobs???

Is it possible to have a separate tone knob for each coil on a humbucker? If so, would it really make a difference tone-wise?

It's definitely possible, and it would definitely make a difference.

You'ld have the dullest axe in town.

Seriously though, its not likely to be for the best, however, I personaly love to try things. Give it a shot, if you like, then come back and tell us how bad . . . er, I mean it sounded.

If it's possible, I'd rather have volume pots on each coil of a humbucker. In reality, tho, I just like it simple.
