1. You wired your push-pull backwards. It's an easy fix. Picture the switch part of the push-pull as looking like this:

Swap the wires hooked to 1 with the wires hooked to 5. Do the same for 2 and 6. That should get you in-phase down, out-of-phase up.


2. Somehow you disconnected the ground wire to the bridge. Find this wire (should either be coming into the cavity from the bridge directly, or coming through the same hole as the bridge pickup, and make sure it's properly soldered to a ground point.
I'm fine with the push/pull how it is, doesn't bother me if in phase is up and out of phase is down, I've done enough wiring for today. BTW it's only when the phase is reversed that the bridge pup gets noisy. As for the bridge ground wire, it isn't there, never has been, and I know that's the reason for some of the noise, but the bridge with the reversed phase is louder than with it in normal phase or the neck pup.
