Finally!! Got myself a band..

Yup, I finally found a drummer with a brain, and a decent bassplayer.

We are all going to the same musicschool, so we get to play together there.

I will be doing leadguitar and most likely vocals.

We all met at the meeting a few weeks back, for all of us who were going to the school. We talked together, and have decided this afternoon that we are gonna start a band.

And because we get to play as a band on the school, we have gig lined up for next summer, where approx. 5000 people will be there, and a bunch of other gigs, maybe even one on our school trip to NY.

Our influences are Led Zeppelin, Rainbow, Dio, Van Halen and AC/DC. We all pretty much agreed that we wanted to make some good old rock in the Rainbow and Zeppelin direction, with some AC/DC as well.

Just good old hard rock when it was good.

I must admit, its been a long time since I have been this excited about something.. Both leaving home, getting a band with tour dates and having one hell of a time for the next 12months are gonna rock.

And I am leaving for it, with a clean slate. My dad and I have worked out our differences and come to terms with it, my mothers depression seem to finally be going alot better, and my sister and I actually agree on something.

**** it,, its hard to sit still typing this, because it is my dream coming true.

Any one in the NY area, once I know a date and place, I will post it here if you are interested of course

I am singing.. I can hit pretty much all of the notes, that Ronnie, the leadsinger, of Pretty Maids can, so I have a pretty good 80s voice.

I will be in complete leather outfit.. ..

And thanks man.. It is great to do this stuff full time at my age. Not worrying about jobs, money or anything, just living life

If that is the case: If you ever find someone who can make a jacket like that, pm me. I have a sweet idea for a custom made stage jacket that is build around more or less the same concept as the one Yngwie is wearing.
