It's a belly bug. They pass in 24 (waitaminute...was that another pun?). Paying the doc $90 to tell me to get plenty of rest and sip fluids is a waste of good $$$.
I feel much better today, other than the feeling that someone has been kidney punching me.

Actually, this was a (relatively) mild case. The hard symptoms only lasted a couple of hours, and the first episode was the only one of significance. Then it was the body aches and subsequent weakness. I'm fine today. I ate pizza last night, and leftovers just now.
I once threw up so hard it came out the other end too from pushing. That was a mess.
