    3 guitars

    1. Nashville Series Telecaster (stock-stock-Lil59)
    2. Epiphone Les Paul standard (DD/59)
    3. Taylor Acoustic

I'm going to change the tuners on the Telecaster and then get new pups for it. And then buy a better bridge for the LP.

    6 electrics, 2 basses, 1 acoustic.

i love getting all semantic about stuff like that. people will walk in my room and be like "oh my god, you have 10 guitars!" but ill be like "no. i have 6 electric guitars, and one acoustic. thats 7. the other guitar is my sisters and not officially mine. and the other two are basses, not guitars"

see my sig for whats what

Only 3... 2 of which I play and will likely keep for many years to come

Gibson SG Standard (Black with Seths)
Ibanez NDM1 (Duct tape coated with Custom b, Cool Rails, Pearly Gates n)

and some cheap Washburn acoustic that I started out on.

I've already started convincing my girlfriend that if we're still together after we're done University that 10 is not a ridiculous amount at all...

No way am I typing them all in... Since the late 60's I probably only traded or sold 10 guitars. I just hung on to the rest and kept them in the spare bedroom out of sight. One day, the Princess took count and even I was amazed how many were there. At least 10 are missing from this pic and does not include the drums I own too!

Most of the Strats are ones I bought used in the 70's and are 60's vintage... The Fiesta Red one is a real '63....

Cool Re: It's that time again. How many guitars do you own now?

Only reason I own all these is I just love guitars. It's not like I bought them all at once either. Lotta pawn shopping, guitar shop haunting, happening to be in the right place with the right amount of cash/credit/????

I play many of them, some amount of time at least every other day if not everyday. I change strings when I bring a guitar out into a lil rotation thing. I keep a bunch out to play and in the spirit of two of my favorite players Joe Perry and Rick Nielsen I change about every 5-10 minutes. Course, there are a couple that get extra attention like the P90 Z and several Hamers. I run through about 4-6 on a day like today, my day off, while I do my weekly chores here at home. Already this morning I strummed my 2001 Trans Yellow Hamer Standard Custom, in my signature, for about 15 minutes. Steve Vai I ain't but I love 'em. The Standard was restrung last month and will get a new set on Sunday during the race I think. Many times I change strings on 6-10 during a NASCAR race. With the Goldtop Metalflake EVO coming this week I'm thinking all P90/single coil guitars on the racks next week.

In my collection I count 1/3 as projects. Like I said I have a few orphans. It seems like BTMN's Guitar Graveyard sometimes and I'm the Crypt keeper over them.

Mr.Jolly and myself have posted considerable photos of our guitars but here is a small grouping to tide you over until the search results come up. Just search Dean or Hamer and my name and you are likely to find pronage of my lot.

    Some Explorer based loverlies!
