I went online and the Seymour Duncan wiring schemes don't actually have that exact configuration. Basically it's the standard Gibson setup with a 3 way and with the addition of the coil cut switch. I am seeing a few contradicting wiring diagrams from Seymour Duncan's and the ones on Guitar Electronics.
I found this one that is close but has parallel wiring as well. I wanted to ask Artie or someone else so I don't spend uneccessary amount of time having to tear the guitar apart again to rewire if I am just taking a guess. But here is my guess. Instead of the parallel/split wiring shown, to make it only split wiring, The green and bare wires go to ground, the black goes to the left volume terminal, and the red/white wires are only on the one side of the center DPDT switch.
