I have two of these. One in the middle and one in the neck of my walnut Warmoth Stratocaster. Its very vintage sounding.Zero 60 cycle hum. Best of all, Guitar God Yngwie uses them!

I have them in my Malmsteen Strat. I like them. I don 't think they compare in a vintage sense to Duncan SSL-1's, but for hum cancelling they're great.

I have one and I preferred the non staggered HS-3 in the neck.
