    I don't consider it muddy by nature, so you would have to try to get it muddy.

    yes it can. if you run it into a bottom heavy amp with the volume turned way up it can be indistinct on the low strings in the wrong guitar.

    like curly said, its not muddy by nature but alnico II magnet pups in the neck of a guitar that isnt as focused sounding (hollowbodys for example) can lose definitionon the low strings. i have only really found it a problem when mixing a hollowbody with a cranked up bf fender. marshalls shave off some of that bottom end in the preamp so it usually not an issue

    You can also assassinate it with a 250 Kohm poti and/or an amp with low impedance input.

    Which basically means that you can make pretty much any humbucker muddy, just that some are easier than others

    Since however I would guess you're not asking for testing reasons what was that you were wondering?
