Default Need some help with wiring (Invader, Duckbucker and Lil'59) - Strat

I have a '96/97 Fender Strat and had installed an Invader pickup a few years back to use with the stock pickups in the middle and neck. I just purchased a Lil'59 and Duckbucker pickup to compliment the invader (Duckbucker for the center and Lil'59 for the neck). I installed everything tonight and it works, but I'm not completely convinced that I connected everything correctly.

    1. Are the wires to be soldered to the volume pot supposed to be wired separately per pickup? In other words, I twisted the wires from all three pickups together that were supposed to connect to the volume pot together as one solder connection. Should I have made three different connections (one per pickup)?

    2. After looking at the wiring diagram for the Invader, Duckbucker and Lil'59 I'm a little confused which diagram to follow since each of the diagrams seems to be specific to installing the same pickup in all positions (i.e. two Invaders, three Duckbuckers or three Lil'59's). I did find another diagram on the site for "1 humbucker, 1 single, 1 humbucker, 1 volume, 2 tone, 5-way switch". Is this the one to use?

I hope that makes sense. I tried to make the most sense I could of everything before asking.

    1) generally speaking you are connecting ground to the backs of pots. it doesn't really matter. i usually do grounds last and just pick the back of whichever pots for whatever is convenient. there is fancy "star grounding" you can look into, but the most important aspect is the "bare" wires. those MUST go to ground (back of the pots). if your paranoid you can connect all the pots together with wires.

    2) you can look at any humbucker wiring diagram with the "little" humbuckers. you can also use any single coil diagram as long as you keep your positive and negative straight. i believe the 3 lil hums that seymour has on the sight splits the humbuckers in notch positions.
