I have mixed feelings. I wasn't there but the news story looks bad. She shouldn't have been carrying her sister's ID, that is a huge nono.
I believe it. Cops will lie for each other too. It's the "cop brotherhood code of conduct".
We have county cops in my area which I loathe. These guys are nothing but a bunch of cowboys with hick mentality. All cops should be required to take State Police training. If they cannot cut it...no badge. Michigan State Police are A+1 professionals.
With great power comes great responsibility.

The video doesn't match the womans allegations at all. Looked to me like 2 woman stripping her down and a male officers holding her down from resisting, which is understandable(I had no sound with the video). I'm just sick of people always turning around and suing police when 95% of the time the police were doing what was best for them and who ever was being detained. Don't be stupid and just cooperate, thats the problem half the time is people resist and then just make up stories so they come out smelling like a flower.

Hmmm......from the video, I would have to agree with the woman. Problem is, we dont know the entire story. If it is as if the video depicts, some law enforcement is going to be in alot of trouble. That is, if the judge isnt good buddy's with them to start. Which is probably the case.
I could really go off on a tangent but, it will get real political very fast.

I love Fuzz...
Oh, not that kind.![]()

Ok, some of you agree...
What's with the video tapping?
What's with the laughing?
Big deal, having someone else's id, sure, it looks bad but enough to forget about the original reason why the cop was there?
And why did he start asking for her id? Not the other cousin's?
And the "shut up about your dead sister" remark? Real tact right there...
Where are the missing tapes?
Why wasn't she asked to remove her clothes?
Why was she even there? Where was the assaulting cousin?
Why were men in the cell when their own rules state only women can strip search a woman?
Was she on suicide watch? Why wasn't someone there if she was at such a big risk?
Shouldn't she have resisted? Fine, let's all act like sheep, give in, give bastards like them what they want.
