    Default Kinoki foot pads

Anyone ever heard of these? I just saw a commercial, they supposedly draw out toxins through the soles of the feet. I dunno, I kinda wanna call new-age BS (nabs) on this, but what if they actually work? Anyone got experience with 'em? They allegedly improve sleep quality, so they might be worth a try, but I am very skeptical.

No they really work. You can go to spas in Japan and they put your feet in these little foot baths. They run some kind of electric current through your feet or something and all these toxins come out of your fee. The footpads do essentially the same thing but take a few days to work. Trust me you will actually have more energy and your metabolism will increase once you have rid yourself of these toxins. No B.S. at all.

Yeah, I too am curious to hear a first-hand account. Because that is probably worth the $20 the commercial asked for, if they work.

I am telling you. It's only $20. Just buy them and use them for a few days and you will see. Send them back to their lab and they will send you a toxin analysis that shows how much of which toxins came out of your system.

The best way to release toxins in the body is drinking water, exercise and sweating. A spa is very beneficial too.

If you see it on TV, 99.9 % of the time it is just plain BS.

Well, I would argue that you're screwed in the head if you actually are stupid enough to plunk down the money for them and their their toxicology report.

    Does that count?

I guess I am screwed in the head for paying $20. All I can say is don't knock it until you try it.

Go ahead and front the $20 and send a set to me.

If I feel they make a difference I'll cut a check for you and put a big five bucks on top for your troubles.

So many of the "toxins" they list on the commercial are things found naturally in the body. They try to scare you by showing you how much copper and zinc you have in your system. Everyone has those in them! Acupuncture works because it triggers the release of endorphins, the body's morphine. But pads that suck "toxins" that aren't really toxins out of your feet, and without the electric current that they use in Japan?

Here's how to cleanse your system of toxins in an inexpensive, guilt free and medical community approved way. Get a bottle of Niacin - its what they use in hospitals to clear people's systems when they've ODed on drugs. Take a Niacin pill every hour for a day, or every couple of hours for two days. Works like a charm. Cranberry juice also works well, but Niacin works amazingly. Many of my toking friends use Niacin to clear out their systems for drug tests, and it can achieve the same results in a couple of days that would naturally take a month. But it works for general bodily cleansing, not just clearing drugs out of your system.

Do they really use nicacin in hospitals? I've never heard that before, but have heard the stuff about passing drug tests with it.

Kinoki is Japanese. I think you are referring to Chinese.

    Odie,
I will send you a sample of DLT's DeTox BBQ for $19.99 + $8.95 shipping and handling. It works wonders on cleaning the body out! Backed by Dr. John John M.D.

Yup, they use it in hospitals. At least they did on me when I dropped 6 hits of acid, snorted 3 lines of heroin, and injected 3 pounds of meth straight into my brain! Not really, but they do use it
