Hey, just traded one of my schecters for an epi joe pass full hollow (for the hell of it). Sounds pretty good for jazz, but plugged it into my metal setup and it actually sounded pretty **** good, and feedback was manageable (although it wouldn't be live). I've been wanting to get new pups for it anyways, I was gunna go with SH-2n/SH-1b, but now I'm kinda thinking.

What if I went with blackouts? Would it make the feedback even worse? Anybody ever tried anything like this? And what about a high-output passive, like a JB, Dimebucker, or Drop-Sonic?
