The C-5 has more output too (high output at 14.4k). The PG+ is a PG with an A5 magnet (low/med output at 8.35k).

The PG+ is tighter, brighter, and cleaner than the C5. It does not have more mids though. Under initial impressions it might seem like that's the case, but that's only because the C5 has so much top and bottom in relation to its mids.
