Help me I.D. an old PBS artist

No, it's not Bob Ross.

This guy used to dress up like a spaceman and draw on a huge mural with a marker. He created this huge other world with little martians on it, it was hilarious. He had a pretty funny personality as well. Anyone know his name, or the name of the show? For a very odd reason, I'm itching to view some of his work again. Maybe someone's upped his shows to youtube or something...
