I'm replacing my neck pickup in my American Fender jaguar with a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails.

I can't figure out which wires go where. I've poured over every digram I could find and nothing works. Right now I have the bare wire and the black wire both soldered to the metal plate inside the cavity that holds the pickup switch and two pickup volume controls.
What do I connect to the middle spot on the pickup switch that the white wire from the stock/original pickup was connected to? Then what do I do with the rest of the wires?

Please help
