    Default Is there a Duncan equivalent to the Gibson Classic +

    The Classic plus has the alnico 2 magnet and is an hotter PAF. Is there a Duncan equivalent?

    IMO, no. You want the Classic Plus sound, you get a Classic Plus.

    Erik's right. Although it's alnico II, it acts and sounds more like alnico V.
