man, i dunno how i feel about this

the band was like "hey, lets do a cover of a real stonery song"

and i picked no quarter by zep, been workin on it for the past couple hours; tweaking it, putting in alternate parts, etc

but man... i dunno if i should be doing this

legendary song by legendary band... and some 20 ish year olds

i almost feel kinda guilty i guess

Go for it...that's why they're called cover bands. A lot of you will remember this...in the mid to late '60's, a ton of bands would cover the same songs made famous by other bands and use them as album filler. Sometimes it also becomes a hit for the 2nd band as well!!

guys just wanted a cover in the repatoir or however the hell you spell that

understandable, if we're playing a bar full of zep fan looking people or if we play all our songs & people want another one it'll come in handy
