I had a Fillmore set and they were some of the best pups that I've ever heard. Quality is top notch and price is a bit high, but then they also hold their value quite well.

I'm taking a chance with them too. Wolf5150 recommended the Goodwoods. I did some research and they are apparently the most popular. The sound clips are splendid. I did think about getting the Icebuckers too. If you want to hear those just listen to Iced Earth!

Yes indeed! $385 for the set. They are even more for me because I would get them with nickle covers!

I wasn't a believer in boutique pickups until about a week ago when I bought a guitar from a friend that has a set of the Filmores. OMG-powerful, fat, clear (with no fizz)...amazing, though I AM glad that I didn't pay for them...

i know that's a pretty heavy statement to make and a bunch of dudes that love Teles and shredsticks are gona argue with me, but they're wrong.
anything you can't do on a Les Paul is because you haven't practiced enough or you don't rock hard enough.
