Wiring question

Hi! How do you wire a p-bass so that it just has one volume control, no tone control, just one single volume control?
If you could post a diagram or just explain how I should do it, that would've been great!

I guess that you only need to remove (unsolder) the single wire that links one lug of the volume pot to one lug of the tone pot. That's all.

everything is removed on the 2 basses I'm going to do this on! getting new parts so the thing is that I need to know exactly how I shall put it all together! but thanks a lot anyway, now I know it till later, if I'm getting a new bass where
