Non Gibson SG Alternatives

I dont like the vipers. I dont like the bolt on neck and one of the main points of SGs in my opinion is the easy access to ther high fretts that arent there with the viper. Plus there about 2 the weight. (well Im exagurating but they are heavier.)

I'm pretty sure they're set necks...at least the LTDs.

Just found this the othe day, on Ed Roman Guitars, an SG style unfinished body with Neck-Through! The price though was pretty high! ($1295.00)

I like the ESP Vipers too. The set neck mahogany models. They are all top notch guitars. I feel that some ESP models are underpriced. They offer a whole lot at a reasonable price.

ooh bloody hell... i LOVE that red mahagony natural finish. it's THE color for an SG

How right you are!!! The cherry-red is just perfect for it, I also like the Korina SG's and the off-white SG custon finish.
