Need Diagram! Calling all Experts

I need a diagram for a twin Phat Cat guitar (2 volume, 2 tone, 3-way toggle) to have a push-pull that links the PU's from parallel (down) to series (up). Any one of the pots can be the push-pull.

I was with you up to the two pickups, 2 vol, 2 tone and three way toggle. I am not sure about the rest?

Have your Phat Cats braided wire or are they 2+bare conductors or 4+bare or... what?
If your PC have braided wire you know you should separate the pickup ground from the plate ground...

What pot will do the series/parallel?

Braided wire, hot & ground. I'm flexible on which pot is the push-pull, whichever makes the most sense form your perspective.
