Smile Dying to Show you all my Star; She's Done!

I hope you guys don't get weary of My assemblies. A few just happen to be comeing together at the same time. Soem have been months in the works. Also, Im not just blindly throwing monet y into these. A lot of judiscious Ebay scavenging and using up parts from other "builds'.
This Particualr guitar I'm about to present is bar none one of my most sucssful assemblies , at least from a functional standpoint. So far shes sounds awefull nice as well, In no small part to the Duncan STK-s4 hotstacks.
I had some spare tuners that fit well with the look of the guitar i got off some other project, and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they wrere Fender Schaller locking tuners... OOP- Ping makes the Fender lockers now.

Ive gone into detail on another post about finishing the 3 piece Warmoth body. Its got 2 heavey coats of spray can Tung Oil which is pretty idiot pro of (yes coulda stood a third and more..the wax will stay in the grain, but I just wipe it off with my favourite stuff- Scotts Liquid Gold).
Anyway, I cannot wire up a guitar straight from just bare Pots, but this time, haveing took out the pickups that came with the body off ebay fro antoher project, I was able to do a really outsanding job of wiring in the hot stacks..and I even changed out the crummy cap for a .47 Sprague Orange drop. By far my best wiring job ever.
Pots are all CTS. Bridge is a Fender Vintage 6pt. with added old stock vintage Brass saddles.
The neck is the 84.00 USACG< and I was flabbergasted when it laid right down..perfect relief, arrow straight, no issues whatsover with action( very low as I prefer) and no buzzing or fretting out on bends, and I love to bend.
Very pleased today, I am. This one just worked out well from the start.
Since its Mahogany, I ws going to call it "my agony", but no need to do so now.haha.
    I think I'll call her "my hog gainey", since the stack pluses are kinda hot, and shes a beautiful pig!;

P.S. Thanks Lew Guitar for the STK-S4's. I think they are the Protos. Major mojo.
I wont be demanding my money back. TEOL!!

Cool Strat Jerry, I bet it sounds gooooooooooooood. I firmly believe Starts on the neck pickup or neck/middle in series is the best tone for blues.

Everything about that guitar fits nicely with everything else, looks good. Congrats on the successful wiring!

    Cool.

I was expecting a Star body guitar though.
Aint no pro but I know what I like....
    Guitar to sound output:
Hamer, Dean, or Various, Levy's straps, Dunlop straplock/picks, Daddarrio strings 10-46, Duncan, Dimarzio, Mogami, Monster, MojoDrive pedal on occasion, Marshall, Crate, Vox, Mesa Boogie, Black Shadow Celestions, Eminence,..

    Nice guitar.

I especially like the two volume (tone?) knobs instead of 3. I always his my hand on a regular Strat vol knob.
Looks great with no pick guard.
