Is Drop Db Safe?

Tuning low like that causes the bowels to relax and involuntarily empty themselves. Rock stars don't wear leather pants for nothing you know......




maybe that's why you see threads in the pickup section where people want to know which pickups keep a tight bottom end when down-tuning.......

It's all just guitarist physics. We're all guilty of it. I mean, not me, but us, in general. I make it a point to keep away from guitarist physics. There's a lot of goofiness coming out of harmony central n stuff. Take your 10-42, and tune down as low as you want, and NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. Even if you don't mess with the truss rod or saddles, you will be fine. It's still not the way I would do it, but it would work just fine.

I recall you said you use that tuning, and given that you use a Bogner Uberschall as well, you're probabably blind AND sterile.

I use drop C#.

And I'm plenty fertile - just impotent.
