He's using the maple neck version of one of my main strats. That's one of Fender's rarest colors......blue pearl dust.
On mine, I ditched the Strat Plus neck, and put an American 50th Ann. rosewood neck on it. Also, Chubtone 69's on a black guard. Aged white knobs and covers.
