Haven't cranked this in a very long time. Popped in my head, dug it up, now I'm bangin. 1983 and sh!t. You guys remember Fastway? Reminds me that I have to find those first 2 Zebra albums. Time travel can be a powerful thing. Heft is going now. Zeppish, yet not at all.

Bumping in the off chance any 80s nostalgians will cave after heaving a sigh and give me a pat on the head for starting a thread about Fastway and Zebra.

As far as Zeppelinesque 80s bands go (Kingdom Come, anyone?) these 2 were head and shoulders above the rest in my little book of hey here's what I think.

Kingdom Come had some great songs, wasn't the guitarist one of the first to embrace PRS guitars?.........Thats where I first noticed them anyway!

Zebra? I remember the name but none of their songs.......

I don't have any Fastway records, but I did see them back then when I was local crew in Belfast.
They all seemed like sound blokes, and it was a great gig.

First of all- 1st Fastway album ROCKS- I used to jam along to that nearly everyday when I was (much) younger- Fast Eddie They opened up for the Scorpions when I saw them.
