Can anyone PM me a good vendor for such a service?

Zhang will rewind pickups I believe for a reasonable rate.

what single coil do you want rewound? what do you want out of it? there are a few of us on here that wind like poorman and zhang

all the rewinds that duncan does are in the custom shop so you end up with something very special when you are done. ive never heard a custom shop pup or rewind that was anything short of spectacular.

No question MJ & Co. will make you something great. The OP's only concern is the price.
In 1861 as the Confederate forces were about to fire on Fort Sumter, the blue and gray had infinitely more in common than the blue and red today. What fellowship can "the truth shall set you free" ever have with "there is no truth, only points of view", or "what is truth?"

Secession would be a horror. But barring a major national crisis like a Black Death magnitude epidemic or nuclear attack to erase once and for all the myth that truth is negotiable, it is coming.

Well, price is not all it's about... guess I would like to know what my options are.
I also have an old Jackson single that needs a rewind.

I'll look up zhang, and start a dialog.

    Thanks all!

The Duncan CS single coil rewinds start at $65, thats not at all unreasonable IMO...

Remember, more often than not in this biz you get what you pay for...
