The guy is a real live guitar player.It just blows me away how awesome he can jam and then somewhat explain it. Man, that's a really good guitar player. i don't think I can emphasize it enough.

By the way, he is officially the most recorded guitar player in history. He's been on literally over a thousand top country albums, and has appeared on thousands of other albums. He's been in Nashville for well over 20 years and that's what he does,he records for a living. Any hit country song probably has Brent on it. He's actually even better at blues, jazz ,and rock. Like I said, one of the best on the planet!

i have to admit that i do not enjoy most of the music he plays on, but that in no way detracts from my esteem for him as a player ... and when he cuts loose on his own stuff (all too infrequently) he is just totally happenin'

i seem to recall reading that he did have another solo CD coming out .. gotta go look for where i mightve read that
