Grounding (switching from active to passive pu's)
SO I have a LTD h1000, came stock with EMGs. I'm wanting to switch them out. I'm pretty good with this kind of stuff and have wired quite a few guitars from scratch. Now this is a bit different though I'm thinking. Since actives don't use a ground, I'm going to have to ground from the bridge right? I was wondering how I make this connection since no existing ground wire from the bridge is there. THanks alot

yeah you'll have to ground your bridge bud.
