Howdy folks.

I should be finishing college in spring 2010 with a BS, where I'm double majoring in Management and Marketing. My plan the past few years has been to work a few years after finishing college, then once I have enough "real life" experience, go back to school and get my MBA.

I've been browsing at some of the service's websites, and noticed they've got a lot of officer positions for things like financial management, cost analysis, etc. Basically, stuff I had planned on possibly getting into anyway. So ideally, I could serve my 4 years, go back to school for my masters, and then join the civilian workforce.

But how realistic is it getting into something like that? I'd seriously consider it if I knew I could get into a position like that - I certainly wouldn't be the greatest with a rifle in my hand walking around Baghdad.

Do any of you have any experience with this? For the record, thus far I'm leaning Air Force, should I decide to do something like this.

Thanks for any help.
