    seymour copied that pup when they did the frankie thing, still isnt wired up on those i believe, but it could be and would work fine

    but when he originally recorded the album, didn't it(frankenstrat) still have the original pickguard(white) with neck and middle strat style pickups and a black paint job?

    Half of the first VH album was recorded on a stock Ibanez Destroyer, and the other half with this:



    That picture was taken about 2 1/2 mos before they started recording the album in August 1977.
