5 way rotary switch for a 3 P-90 set up

Hello. I was hoping that someone could help me with a guitar that i am building. The guitar will have 3 p-90's and I want to put them on a 5 way rotary switch. So all 5 combos will work like a strat. Anyone have any schematics for this? all I can find is PRS schematics for 2 humbucker guitars.

Can we get a push/pull mod on that for the neck/bridge together? Which would also yield neck bridge and all three on (strat super 7???)

I am assuming that I have the right switch. Is this correct? Also assume that the 5 poles on the top and bottom match up like the photo. Thanks again!
