The VHT site has pics of 2 low wattage combos. Steve's site has the sig-x. Interesting...

those low-wattage amps are AXL - the "real" VHTs will now be badged SF Design. this is gonna be interesting . . . AXL products aren't exactly the greatest

    ?

So the "good" amps will be under a different name, and the "budget" amps will be VHT?

That sounds like a mess waiting to happen.

Being proud of your last name is good and all but... I don't see any death metal guys saying "yeah I have a BC rich Warlock loaded with EMG's going into a Pittbull Fryette....

We are brutal!!! Bud light anyone.

    Fender
    Marshall
    Soldano
    Rivera
    Bogner
    Splawn
    Diezel
    Fryette

...I see nothing wrong with this.

Steve Fryette has designed/is designing some really, really great-sounding circuits and deserves to have his name on them.

I get the impression that all previous VHT designs (Pittbull, Deliverance, Sig: X) will become Fryette designs and Axl will be selling new cheapo stuff under the VHT name.

The asian company registered the VHT name since Steve forgot about it...
So an asian company makes new VHT amps ,and steve have to make new advertisement to get things right... Life is sooo not fair at all sometimes.

Yeah, somehow it doesn't seem right when the guy spent the last however many years building his company just to have someone else register the name, and steal the freak'n logo.

But the Fryette web page makes it seem more like the VHT name + logo was purchased from him.
