I'm a pretty light drinker, but I always love a Capt. Morgan and Coke. I'll also have a good glass of red wine if I'm dining with the lady at a nice place.

jack and coke, jack and water, straight jack if im feeling crazy - i also love merlot wines and will rarely pass on a good 'ole budweiser or heineken. also, something you whiskey/bourbon drinkers, and/or people who may not like much alcohol, try a CROWN AND ROOTBEER. seriously, sounds gross, but if mixed evenly or lighter, its pure straight Root beer barrell for adults.

Heheheheheheee!!!!! I get skin ripping pumps at the gym and she walks around funny most of the time!
Seriously, I love that stuff!
You got to try it sometime Schnitzel! 2 Scoops of Xplode and 3000mg of L-Arginine. Hit some iron and it feels like your skin is going to literally rip off from the pump! What a great feeling!

Started back doing my sets of hindu squats, pushups, calf raises, leg straight situps, and flutter kicks... Might be a little overkill :-p
I do take about 2 g's of L-Arginine, 1 g of L-Carnitine, 2 g's of fish oil, and 2 g's of garlic...
So can make fat burning nasty smelling chowder.

Rye and Ginger Ale, or Black Russians.
Why is Rye not in the poll? It's very different than American Whiskey.

In no particular order of preference - Guiness, many varieties of good British Real Ales (Bitter), red wine, single malt whisky and rum. Is Bitter much of a deal in the States ? It's what the beer fanatics go for over here, I really like it but if you get stuck talking to a Real Ale guy in a pub you'll end up so bored you'll try to end it all by chewing your own legs off .

True.
I find bourbon a little too sweet for me generally, but don't mind a bit now and then.
Scotch is something I have to make an effort not to have to often or it gets a bit expensive. I've typically been a consumer of Laphraoig and Oban, but I'm thinking perhaps a Lagavulin 16 next. Bit pricey though so I'll have to use it slowly and sparingly. Might be best to get a bottle of something cheaper for the regular dram.
