Default Problem With Intonation in a Low E(B) guitar

    Hails Guys. how are yah?
im having this problem again and again when i try to tune guitars lower than D standard. in this case, B standard.
The saddle of the Low E string goes all the way in this direction -> Until it reaches the limit, but its not properly intonated yet
    why is that ?
just because its not a baritone guitar?
and why the other saddles/strings get well intonated and not this one?

I forget the explanation, but it's natural for thicker strings to require a longer string length, especially in lower tunings. I was going to suggest that you turn a saddle around if you were using a TOM, but judging from your gear list that's not an option I think the problem is probably reduced in baritone guitars due to the longer scale length and maybe slightly different bridge placement (to allow more travel for the saddles), but don't quote me.

You may have to clip the spring and intonation screw to adjust further.

    hails guys
its not in one f my fenders, nor in my charvel
its in a friends Schecter She Devil with TOM bridge.
Daddario 013 baritone. the green package with the low b in 0.60
for B standard tunning and regular 013 for C standard tunning. but right now i dont have a guitar tuned to C .
so, we are talking about B standard . Q: )
i had to remove the little spring thats holds the stratocaster saddle on the low E string to get it intonated
    its a mexican strat . 21 frets.
    small frets.
heres the pic of the guitars in question

IF I understand correctly, if we push the string down to regular 013 or even try a 012 , the intonation problem will cease to exist?

I also want to ask for you help on this one
i bought this new, installed once in a guitar, and removed it..
i was tryign to use it in my next guitar, but it seems that one of the "saddles"(dont know the name of it in this kind of bridge)
    arent staying in place correctly.
    its a Schaller Tailpiece.

Just tell your friend to reduce the string size.
That may possibly get rid of at least reduce the problem.
Think about it, a lot of 7 string guitars, with a B string are strung with a 52 or 54 gauge for the low B string. I use a 54 on my Ibanez RG 7421 for a low B and intonates incredibly well. For a 25.5 inch scale guitar, a 12 for the high E and a 54 for the low B will provide sufficient tension.
Some people get so used to a heavier gauge, but once you adjust your technique, you can adapt to thinner strings.

BUT, even so, I know people that use a 70 for their low B and it still intonates, so something must be really wrong with that guitar somewhere.

If it's going sharp, then it's too light a gauge, not too heavy.

On my 7 string, I use a 52-12 set for EADGBE and an 80 for the low A.

On my Squier Stratocaster, I had to take the spring out and tighten the saddle down to the bridge with the intonation screw. I didn't feel right about doing it, but it got that low B string to intonate better.
    Turn me on, Dead Man.
