It's been a tough past few months.....the wife & I separated & trying to keep things civil for the kids sake.

Just been trying to keep myself busy, playing acoustic more due to living in an apartment....which is a good thing. Acoustic, that is...apartment life sucks !!! The constant battle over keeping people out of my parking space is becoming increasingly annoying.

Blah blah blah.....life in a nutshell. It moves on & you roll with it, do what ya' can to make the best of it.

Wow! This seems to be happening more and more on the forum. I got my trial-run marriage out of the way years ago. As for your parking space, you should "park" your Celtic outside the offending neighbor's front door.

I live on the top floor, 4 units....2 are empty & the girl that lives across from me hasn't complained or even mentioned it yet, so I guess I'm either not too loud or not too offensive

Yeah, she says she needs some "space"...whatever that means. Not sure if it's a mid-life crisis at 38 or what, but we're keeping things cordial & we'll see what happens.

Sorry to hear this, I understand, having gone through something that vaguely resembles your situation, and having seen friends go through situations very similar to yours.

I can really relate to the apartment blues. For the first time in many years, I'm in one. A studio at that, but it's all I could afford in the city I recently moved to in terms of the neighborhood I wanted. Yep, acoustic and Roland Micro Cube time!

Thanks for the encouragement fellas....I'm not one for spilling my guts on a Forum, but I do appreciate having someone to chat with.

Yup, definitely something that seems to be going around. Her 2 best friends are doing the same thing. She claims it has nothing to do with them but I'm of the mindset that there is no way you can listen to your friends problems without it affecting you in some way.

The thing that gets me is, both of their husbands are serious jerks.....and I'm the 1st one out !!!
