hook up help!!!

In the wiring diagrams there is a wire that says, "ground wire from bridge." What is that and where does it go? In the diagram it looks like it goes no where?

well.... what kinda guitar do you have? if you've got a gibson style guitar, there's either a wire or a very thin, flexible metal bar sticking out into the control cavity, coming out near where the bridge would be. on strat style guitars, there's a wire soldered to the spring retainer in the back, and you just wire up all your ground connections to that.
