What was the question?

Somewhere between meh and excited. I'm not going to move my schedule around to accomodate them, but I'm interested in hearing how they have progressed, if at all.
Just heard their first single last night on the way home and kinda liked it on first listen. At least it might be one less computer generated fake club dance song on the radio.

I actually liked Creed 1.0. Alterbridge was okay but could bug me. Myles seemed to yodel at times and Tremonti showed off his new-found chops like the dude who gets into lifting and wears sleeveless shirts to show off his guns.
Stapp can be irritating but that's what lead singers are like.
The same way I feel about Brett Farve----GO AWAY!!!
Oh my God! ,Whatever ,Etc.

You guys are just jealous that Creed is going to take over the rock scene and everyone will love them and they will be bigger than Michael Jackson, Coca-Cola, and the Power Rangers.
Oh, and I posted this in April. If you didn't know about the reunion, you are a bad Creed fan and you're going to get left behind when Creed takes the nation by storm.
Suckers,
Hunter
P.S. I found this video of their tour warm-up --- looks like the tour is going to kick ass. They are going to make Led Zeppelin look like a high school garage band.

Horrible news.

By the time I hear one of their "new" songs it'll be around 2012, and I won't know if it's new old or old old.

My first thought was...WHY? Then the answer...MONEY. Just another sign of "The Apocalypse".

I wasn't much of a Creed fan. I thought Alter Bridge was FAR better. This is a money grab. Thankfully, Alter Bridge didn't split up.

My distain for Creed is based on my assertion that they killed rock and roll.
Prior to Creed- rock and roll was a very "live" sounding affair. Everything about Creed is completely processed, pro-tooled, auto-tuned, over compressed to clinical perfection. I HATE it. The sound, the image... they were presented as the "rock" band for the 21st century. I remember a cover of Guitar One magazine- it had a picture of Creed guitar player guy with his PRS making his little devil horns with his hand and the cover emblazoned "1998- Return Of The Rock."
Man, I tried to like them. I wanted to like them. They were a 4 piece rock band. No DJ. No funky gimmick. They should have been a stripped down rock band. For all of it- they weren't. They were some slick, record company exec's completely sterile version of what elements of a "rock band" would appeal to the largest segments of the American population.
Look at today. Look at the bands that are popular now. Look at how many "rock" bands there are, look how many "rock" bands are in your neighborhood. Look how local rock bars are doing now. There are so few "rock" bands these days- there are so few "rock" clubs open anymore because no one went there anymore.
Think of this- if Creed was my idea of what "rock" was- I would want no part of that sucky affair and I would not want to go to a "rock" bar to get impaled by that sucky Creed-ness. Now you're seeing the result of that- the kids that grew up thinking Creed was what "rock" was are your prime bar patrons. They're not going out for live music- because they were raised with the idea that "rock" music sucks. And they want no part of it. They're still going to hit bars, just not bars that have "rock" music in them.
I couldn't stand Scott Stapp or Tremonti's constant fake repetitive posing- one leg up on the monitor with his head turned ready to spit. That's the Tremonti pose- that's his Blue Steel from Zoolander
**** Creed

NOW you get it.
And now you know why this guy took out this ad:
