Default mag in bridge of HSS Am Strat

I have a very nice Am Strat with HSS Tex-Mex pickups. I really love this guitar but would like the bridge humbucker to be just a bit brighter. So I was considering a mag swap. But I'm not sure which one to start with because I don't know what's in there now.

Anyone know which mag is in the hum of a Tex-Mex setup?

Old edition of Fender Frontline magazine says, "constructed with Alnico V magnets and polysol magnet to increase string response and output." This verbatim quotation is clearly baloney. Polysol is insulation material applied to the copper wire used to wind the coil. So, that'll be an Alnico V magnet. You'll probably want to try A8 or ceramic.

    Other quoted stats - DC Resistance = 8.2K. Inductance = 5.1H.
