Sh-6 would be better for that kind of stuff if you're looking to get close to both tones.

if you just wanted creed sound i'd say just go for the tremonti bucker...

See I was thinking that also. I think im going to buy the prs tremonti bass pickup for the neck cause I really like the clean sound he gets. As for the bridge I want a pickup with more sustain so I guess the SH-6 be best then

I like the distortion. it's a little on the thin side in anything other than mahogany. but it's got a killer tone, not so keen on the JB. something about the midrange freqs just is odd...

For the tones you seek, SH-6 is what you need.

Depends on the guitar in my opinion. If it's a PRS (guess based on your username) I would definitely go with a Duncan Distortion. I've only had good luck with a JB in Strat type guitars, not mahogany bodies. This, of course, is just my opinion...............

I say distortion too.. HOWEVER... Ive had Jbs in a Schecter C1 and one also came in my LTD EC400 and sounded amazing in there
Believe me when I say that some of the most amazing music in history was made on equipment that's not as good as what you own right now.
