Default Hum sing hum wiring question

Hi all, first post by newbie.

Just a quick question about HSH p/up switching options.
    I have a guitar with ,
    1 volume
    1 tone with push pull.
    5 way blade
    Hum sing hum.

What I would like to achieve is to be able to have the neck h/b and bridge h/b work together in both split and full hb modes as well as the strat like function of the 5way and split.
I dont want to drill any holes in this guitar for switches but can use a volume with a push pull.
Ive used the forum search function but its hard to know what to type in. Im not even sure if I asked the question correctly here.
Any suggestions or links would be gratefully received.

    Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I am sure you will get much better advice let me give it try.
If you don't want make modification in the body I believe replacing the volume with a push/pull is the best way.
Or You can use Tone to split both bridge and neck at the same time.

Using the fist way, you can wire one of the position in your 5 way switch in order to use
    neck and bridge pups together.

Push/pull wired up to swap the middle of the 5-way between the 1st and 5th positions (hums) and the single coil, and the 5-way wired for autosplits of the hums.

Basically you'd have the humbucker leads going to one side of the push/pull switch (the Up tabs) and the middle pickup's leads going to the Down tabs of the push/pull, with the center tabs of the push/pull going to the center tab of the 5-way.

Pull Up, and position 3 is both hums full, and 2 and 4 are either hum split.
Push Down and it's standard Strat-style operation with the middle blending with the hums on 2 and 4.
