Lil 59 Bridge and middle/neck

On these pick-ups are the pole pieces different, i.e. the bridge having a bigger gap due to the slant of the pup in a Strat. I have a bridge version fitted in the
neck postion and the pole pieces are way out over the two E strings by about 3-4mm. If i bought a neck/middle version would the pole pieces be more in line
or is the difference just in the output?????
I have ordered a neck/middle one please tell me that it will be more in line!!!

The spacing is the same on the bridge model as it is on the mid/neck.
