    yup! trying some different preamp tubes in combination with others. i got about 12 to choose from. so far i'm liking the old tung-sol in v1. and the 90's chinese in the 2 spot.

    I knew I should have kept the old tubes I had from when i was a kid. I had like boxes of them. We always took them out of amps and TV and radios to be used elsewhere.
