I think I finally get it. I think I never understood Jeff beck until now. I never could get into his playing.

I don't have anythong against Jeff Beck. I've just never understood it. He drives me crazy with his whammy crap. It sounds terrrible to me.

I've been hearing a song lately ........ Beck doing "I Put a Spell on You" with a female vocalist. He is outstanding on that cut and IIRC there is very little vibrato bar use.
