I'm about to order some metal pup rings for a guitar that I'm putting a TB4 in. Will it fit?

It should fit fine. I think the regular spaced pickups are slightly smaller. There's a Seymour Duncan size diagram for each Trem spaced and Regular spaced pickups with exact measurements on the website.

Should fit fine unless it has a cover.

I had to shave a fraction off a (plastic) pickup ring to fit a covered trembucker. Pretty easy with a sharp knife.
The pickup came with a ring, but the colour didnt match with a ring for my neck pickup.

i've swapped all different size pickups (save for emg covers) in both fender and gibson guitars.
i will say however, a covered humbucker wont fit in a standard fat strat pickguard.
