"Open Arms" - Journey
I've had more drinks purchased for me than I can count after singing that song at karaoke bars.

This is about the ultimate man card violation, depending on how you look at it...BUT..
I sang Madonna's "Material Girl" at a bar one night. This girl dared me to, she offered me a beer to do it.
I sang it, I rocked it, even the Kareoke guy was impressed. People got up shook their collective booty.
AND...I got laid by beer-buying chick. So this is either a SEVERE man card violation (Madonna) or a FANTASTIC man card bonus (for having the balls to sing Material Girl, and having reaped the rewards).

Pantera - Walk
But it always takes me 20+ beers to have the courage to do it. The only karaoke song I can handle.

Man, I give you credit if you can make it through a Journey tune. Perry's voice is a notch higher than mine. After hitting a few of those high notes, I wouldn't be able to do it anymore.
I can last through some Police tunes. Once after doing "Around Your Finger", this girl told my GF at the time "He's great! You should sleep with him!" I like singing "Every Breath You Take" and "Don't Stand So Close to Me" too.
Lately, a female friend and I have been hitting karaoke every so often. She's a great singer and does harmonies well. So of course, I asked her to do some Alice in Chains with me. We do a great rendition of "Man in the Box".
We also made one lady cry then we sang "Separate Lives" by Phil Collins and Marilyn whatever he name was, from the soundtrack to White Nights.
"Just like bad gas, they (metal riffs) sneak out every once in a while."
